At Natural & Coiled, our story is as personal as it gets. It all began with a heartfelt journey of self-discovery and love for natural hair. Our founder, like many of us, found herself struggling with her afro hair. Despite the love she had for her natural hair, finding the right products was a constant challenge. Her hair care routine felt overwhelming, and eventually, this led to burnout, hair loss, and damage.

Frustrated but determined, she knew she had to make a change. After a significant decision to cut off all her hair, she embraced a fresh start with a commitment to using only the best natural products. This journey was transformative, rekindling her love for her coils and teaching her the importance of both celebrating and caring for her natural hair.

In this process, she discovered a new passion for enhancing her natural beauty with high-quality extensions—clip-ins, sew-ins, and ponytail extensions. She realised that taking care of her natural hair didn’t mean hiding it under a wig; instead, it meant finding the right balance between maintenance and enhancement.
